Chapter: Adolpha's Medical Mystery Ride

Our insane medical odyssey with Adolpha all started in February 2022 when she woke up and couldn’t remember a damn thing.
It was a Monday morning and the kids got up at their normal time and I was in the usual mom mode running around trying to get everyone off to school.
Adolpha had transferred from virtual school to physical school in January. Even though it was her idea, we’d been having a lot of trouble getting her into the building. She was lonely and bored in virtual school, but physical school was overwhelming too.
There were so many days we spent in the counselor’s office, trying to get her ass into class. We fought with her, bribed her, ordered her, all of it.
Mondays were the hardest because any ground we made the week before was undone by two days of freedom. So, that Monday I was already anticipating her reason why she couldn’t attend school. I just didn’t know her reason would be
